We also offer transferable Treasuries and assets to participating banks globally trough Euro-clear, DTC, Legacy Treasury, SWIFT, and various banking redundancy systems.

We are participants in projects that will create jobs globally and we welcome business from government agencies and various governments all over the world. We can provide financial services and government off balance sheet debt, debt sales, marketable securities and collateral such as obligations, Letters of Credit, irrevocable certificates of indebtedness, Bonds, Charge off’s, offsets and set offs.
